Diagnosis Case: Oak
| Shothole damage on oak may be caused by Spring cankerworm (Paleacrita vernata) and Fall cankerworm (Alsophila pometaria). Although shothole damage could be gypsy moth, it is a quarantined pest and any reports of Gypsy Moth should be reported to the MDA. |
