The Department of Entomology accepts students with high academic potential when funding is available through individual faculty members, and departmental fellowships.
Ento - Student In Library

The majority of graduate students in Entomology are funded through Research Assistantship (RA) positions. In most cases, this RA support comes from grants awarded to an individual faculty member for research in a specific area of study. The average stipends for Master's and PhD students are equivalent to $18,000/yr and $21,000/yr, respectively. In addition, each student receives full health benefits, including subsidized dependent and dental care, and full tuition coverage.

At this time, Entomology is not able to offer Teaching Assistantship (TA) positions for full financial support but opportunities for partial support as a TA are available.
