- Identification and collection of insects from surveys, exotic pest surveys, and monitoring establishment of biocontrol agents.
- Curation of parasitic Hymenoptera, and other groups from surveys.

- Talks to schools and organizations on insects, spiders, biological control.
- Participate in workshops on insect identification.
